On September 2, 2015 the NC Acupuncture Licensing Board filed a lawsuit to protect the public from the unlicensed practice of acupuncture by physical therapists offering “dry needling.”The complaint against the NC Board of Physical Therapy Examiners seeks judicial confirmation that the practice commonly know as “dry needling” is acupuncture.

The NC Association of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine supports this action to protect the public. In order to educate the public with the truth about the lack of physical therapy education and supervised training to “dry needle” we need your HELP. Please donate to our advocacy fund to assist in this important cause.

普通的理疗师通常缺乏针灸的专业知识及相关临床培训。 为了让公众了解理疗师从事“干针”的潜在危险性,我们需要你的帮助。希望您能给我们的基金捐款,以协助这一重要宣传。
